Description

The automatic American Dryer Extreme Air GXT9-SS is an electric hand dryer that will dry your hands in 10 to 15 seconds. It is the most eco-friendly warm air hand dryer on the market. Made by American Dryer in the USA, the GXT9-SS hand dryer has a stainless steel cover with a brushed or satin finish and is surface mounted. The Extreme Air hand dryers feature adjustable sound and speed, and a hygienic infused antimicrobial air delivery system. They have a 98% cost savings compared to paper towels, use 90% less energy than other hand drying machines, and are GreenSpec Listed. Note: American Dryer has discontinued the ExtremeAir GXT9-C Steel Satin Chrome cover option, and it would now be replaced with the GXT9-SS hand dryer.

GXT9-SS Installation:

Extreme Air Dryer Placement - Dryers should be placed at least 2 feet apart and at least 12 inches from washbasin. Do not install dryer over washbasin.

Electrical Requirements - GXT dryers require a dedicated line since they have a heating element to warm the air.

Mounting - One side of the dryer should be mounted to a stud. All surface mount dryers are provided with conduit entrances for both between-wall and surface wiring.
